I just read this article in Inboundpass.com:

“In a recent statement by the NCAA Board. The NCAA Policy Board, in a meeting held at the Casino Español on May 27, 2008, announced that the Philippine Christian University will play in the forthcoming 84th season of the league.
At the end of the season, however, PCU is voluntarily taking an indefinite leave of absence with the agreement of the Policy Board.
The NCAA Board decided to let the PCU Dolphins play in the basketball division, where a set of anomalies on identity switching and falsification of documents took place. This decision was publicized a month before the opening of the NCAA Season. I really think the timing and rationale of this move are highly suspect.
Voluntary indefinite leave of absence… Hmmm, are they finally bolting the league? They deserve a stiff penalty for corrupting the NCAA.
Anyway, this only spells a more intense competition for this year’s NCAA title. Bring it on…
